Fetch Rates
Your fetch rate is the interval at which the system requests shipping data from YRC. Every 5 minutes and hourly are common, but triggers such as new orders or shipment status changes work too.
Pickup Request
Send YRC an automated pickup request through the API when goods are ready for collection, including the location. YRC schedules the pickup, and the shipment is underway.
Estimated Delivery Date
Booking a shipment does not fix the delivery date. YRC's API calculates the estimated delivery after pickup, based on distance, shipping method, the carrier's network, and order processing time.

YRC's import and export services reach across borders, offering shipping options that include express delivery and freight forwarding, with customs brokerage to meet international regulations. Tracking covers the whole journey, so the movement of goods worldwide stays visible to you.
Vendor Reconcilation
Vendor reconciliation belongs in accounts payable: internal vendor transaction records, including imported bills, are compared with statements from vendors like YRC. The comparison surfaces discrepancies while they can still be resolved in time, which keeps financial reporting accurate. Retrieving shipping and logistics expenses via the YRC API automates a large part of it.
Multiple Accounts Manage
Several YRC accounts can be managed at once, with each consignment directed to the account that fits it. Accounts can be pre-assigned by weight slab, separating shipments under 5kg from those over 5kg, or by region, for example one account for Hyderabad, Telangana and another for Bangalore, Karnataka, while a default account serves the rest of India.
