One-Step Vendor Booking
Create a Movin booking and the details go straight to the carrier from your system. There is no second screen to retype into, and no transcription errors to clean up later.
Movin shipments can be booked, tracked, and cancelled inside Softpal. The same integration covers vendor polling and manual booking, so your operations team keeps every consignment in view from a single system.
Once Movin's API is connected to Softpal, bookings you create are sent to the carrier automatically, labels are generated, and tracking updates flow back into your system. Vendor polling fills the gaps where Movin does not push notifications, and manual booking stays available for shipments that need a personal touch.

When circumstances change and a booked shipment is no longer needed, cancel it from Softpal. A couple of clicks update the Movin booking, so records stay accurate without extra admin.
Tracking data from Movin arrives as the shipment moves, from pickup through delivery. Staff and customers both see current status, which cuts down the "where is my order" calls.
Some vendors do not push real-time notifications, in which case the integration relies on vendor polling: checking the vendor's API at intervals for updates or new information. We set the frequency carefully, because frequent requests can overload servers and waste resources.
The way you ship is specific to your business, so our Movin integration services adapt to it. Booking rules, approvals, reporting, and consignment handling can all be arranged around your process.
Day-to-day shipment management covers automated booking, vendor polling for availability, and manual booking when the situation calls for it. Everything sits in one place, and your team stays in charge of how each shipment is handled.
Fetch rate is simply how often your system polls Movin for shipping data. Five minutes, hourly, or event-driven, such as when new orders land or a shipment status changes, it is your call.
Movin's API supports automated pickup requests. Send one when goods are ready and the collection location is passed along, and Movin schedules the pickup to start the shipment process.
The estimated delivery date is not set at booking. Movin's API works it out after the pickup happens, weighing distance, shipping method, the carrier's network, and how long order processing takes.
Internationally, Movin's import and export services cover express delivery and freight forwarding, with customs brokerage handling compliance across borders. Tracking runs the length of the journey, so the movement of goods stays visible from origin to destination.
Vendor reconciliation is an accounts payable discipline: your internal vendor transaction records, including imported bills, are compared with statements from vendors like Movin. Differences get flagged for timely resolution before they affect financial reporting. Shipping and logistics expenses retrieved through Movin's API keep the reconciliation automatic rather than manual.
Multiple Movin accounts can be managed concurrently, each matched to the consignments it fits. Pre-assign accounts by consignment weight slab, under 5kg in one and over 5kg in another, or by geographic region, say Hyderabad, Telangana and Bangalore, Karnataka each with their own account, and keep a default account for the remaining locations across India.
