Paresh Modi is the Founder and Managing Director of Softpal Technologies Private Limited, an enterprise logistics software company he established in 1994 in Hyderabad, India.
Before founding Softpal, Paresh served as a Flight Lieutenant in the Indian Air Force — a background that instilled a deep commitment to precision, accountability, and systems thinking that runs through every product Softpal builds.
Over 30 years, under Paresh's leadership, Softpal has grown from a small software firm into a trusted logistics technology partner for 900+ enterprise clients across India, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, and Bangladesh. The product portfolio spans 11 enterprise platforms — including Warehouse Management (WMS), Courier Management (CMS), Cargo, Dispatch, Asset Tracking, and Collateral Management — each purpose-built for the operational realities of logistics in South Asia and the Middle East.
